Painting Process #2 for "The Sylph"
Jun. 9th, 2011 09:56 pmAnother day of working on the "Sylph" painting. I've started to hone in on the skin tones, molding the anatomy slightly. I'm posting close-up detail cuts of what I've been focusing on today.
To start with, I began to focus on modelling the face. Still working very loose with a fairly low opacity, just dropping in the shadows and lights. I created a few new colors for the pallette, a range of flesh tones.
